How is shipping from the warehouse to my roastery arranged?

At your request we can arrange freight as a complimentary service. Consolidations from any warehouse we work from is welcome. Red Fox is not responsible for lost or damaged items once your order leaves the warehouse.

Is there a minimum purchasing size?

The minimum purchase size is one standard bag.

What do I do if my order arrived damaged or is lost?

Please be sure to fully inspect your order once it arrives and document any damages or losses that might have occurred during transit. Contact your sales representative for assistance to file a claim.
