About El Capitan Lot 3

Cafe Capitan is about 2 years old. At the point of inception, they broke off from a larger umbrella cooperative to work on pursuing higher quality and delivering higher premiums to farmers. They work with farmers in the pueblos of Comunidad Monterey, Santerita, Laguna del Cofre, Capitan, and Las Pilas.
