About Manuel Peralta Zurita

Manuel was born in 1986 in the town of San Pedro, due to the teaching of his parents he has always dedicated himself to coffee, his farm is called Fe y Esperanza, which in english means Faith and Hope, the reason of this name is because he believes in the perseverance of work and he hopes for a better tomorrow.
Apart from coffee, he cultivates bananas and cassava, thanks to coffee he provides a livelihood for his family and has been able to buy more hectares where he will plant coffee.
Manuel is very concerned about maintaining the native flora of his area, for this reason he has maintained the native trees of the area such as Guaba, Haricaro and Shaina, the same ones that provide shade for the coffee plantations.
