Read MoreJustino is one of our top producer partners in all of Southern Peru. Born in the coffee producing district of Yanatile in 1977, he’s been cultivating coffee for several years since inheriting his family’s farm. The farm spans 2.5 hectares, all dedicated to coffee production.
He intersperses Typica and Bourbon varieties within many shade trees including Albizia and Pacay. After processing, he loads parchment onto mules to be delivered to the nearest access road, which is 40 minutes on foot.
Justino is a passionate coffee producer and wishes to obtain national and international recognition in the future.
The name of his farm “Nogalniyoc” is a Quechua word that means “place where walnuts grow.”
